happy holidays, all. :)

beneath the cut... a brief history of my hair. i'm trying to decide if i want to chop it off again (it's growing out of an aeon flux-like cut) and give it a fresh start or let it grow and put some colors back in. naturally, my hair is a medium to dark brown. it's currently dyed black. it's in an awkward stage that i feel is making my face look rounder than it is, and of course the first instinct is to cut it so it doesn't look that way to me.

please help a very, very indecisive person!

i've thought about blond again, but it really just doesn't suit me or pop the way i like. i could do platinum, but if i'm doing that from black i think i should just chop it and start over, from my natural hair color, in a few months. i also really like my hair black, with the wild colors. so i'm torn.

what do you guys think?

Tonight, with Christmas nipping at our heels, we invite you to write Christmas drabbles. In fact, we would like you to write 12 drabbles, if you can.

For the new year, what are your resolutions?

Well, it's almost April now, but these were my resolutions at the top of 2026:

1.  Look before I leap.  You know, less accidental spells cast on babies, or killing people due to a lack of control over my magic.  The usual.

2.  Find my brother.   Help him, if possible.

3.  Not throttle my twin sister.

4.  Don't get a curse mark.  Yeah, that one's already been blown. 

5.  Be less useless.  Whatever happened to me has left me with something, whether it's a gift or a curse.  I have to learn how to use it.

6.  Don't get kidnapped.  Yeah, laugh it up.

7.  Quit smoking.    So, that resolution didn't last very long.  It's been a crazy 3 months.

8.  Write more poetry.  Sort of haven't done a lot of that lately.

9.  Patch things up with my best friend.

10.  Figure out how I feel about Siochan's religious movement and what it means for me.  And my soul.  Assuming I have one still.

+  Anastacia's paid account and icons ran out, so I need to get that refueled.   Or paid accounts/icons for  Jace Wayland, Integra Hellsing, Rosalie Hale, or Daphne from Greek mythology.  Or sponsored accounts... it'd be nice if those would come back.  D:

+  Mulder  is looking for more fandom buddies!  Especially a Smoking Man... but anyone, really.  Including copies of people he already knows. :P  

+  Always seeking more verses for random fun with Buffy.  And more friends - both fandom, and not!  I have a secret wish to get a Supernatural/Buffy crossover verse going for her.

+  Somewhere to play Rosalie Hale.  Or some verses for her or something.

+  A Dick, Tommy, or Harry for my Sally Solomon.  She is lonely.  Speaking of Sally, she needs better icons.  Stat.

+ Cool headers or layouts for any of my muses that don't have them and don't have sponsored accounts that prevent them from using said cool layouts.  All my muses can be found here.

+ Friends for mah OC's.  They don't bite.

+ For all charlofters to have happy holidays!

*Even better, though, would be a different PB. I jumped on Viviane because she's skinny, sharp-nosed, and strawberry-blond (at least in some shots), but let's face it, she's 19 or something, and May is supposed to be in her early 30s. So chuck me your wavy-haired blonds/gingers/strawberries?

*Resources for Jersey accents, slang, general speech patterns Ditto for Yiddish. I like to have voice ideas in my head.

*Fandom muses for her to talk to. I know, people tend to be wary of fandom OCs, so I don't see this one happening as readily, but whatever. It's worth a shot. :) Fandom is Batman, by the by.

*Heck, anyone to talk to. I want to get her own journal set up finally, and get her active outside of prompts, so... :3

I could not fit everything in this story I wanted, so there will be a sequel and I'm working on a piece that tells us about Gerard's past. Even if I tried to tell their story, it still is mine. Taiki would like me to inform you that while, yes...technically his character appeared in drag for the t.v. show of Hana Kimi, this will never ever EVER happen since he is written from the manga.

-For Perfect World to go away for a bit, please. I want to be not-distracted so I can write and stuff.

-For all of these totally impossible ideas about a prose character I've been working on long-term to leave me alone. They won't happen and aren't helping!

-For either a picture of void_shadows's PB smiling, or a new, similar-looking one for her. Her current PB is Alicia Klaus of Bullet Witch. Sort of a bad choice, which is why I'm exploring options for a new one. I haven't found any others that really fit, though.

-For some nice, clean-looking Sarah Jane icons. I'm okay with most of the ones I have, but it's bothering me that some of them don't really fit.

-Maybe for some more homeworld interaction for Sarah Jane. I've seen some SJA muses floating around, as well as a lot of Who ones, but I'm not all that confident playing with others.

Not in million years.
He'd be ontop of this other guy's head in his attempts to get out of the water, and if he had his own way, he'd never, ever, ever, be in the water in the first place. 

There is NOTHING about this scene that is Angel at all. She's more awkward and shy with men. She wouldn't run around without panties or attack people in bathrooms. She might use antibacterial spray as a weapon but someone would really have to piss her off.
